Safety of our customers is our priority, therefore Autatlantis Rent a Car has implemented additional safety measures and procedures at all counters in the Azores archipelago, which complies with Health Authorities guidelines, having been distinguished as a Clean & Safe company.

Without reducing the hospitality which characterizes us and the support we provide to all our customers, we reinforced the already recognized quality standard, where we highlight the following measures:

•         Use of acrylic barriers which promote protection of our customers and staff;
•         Permanent use of a mask, compliance with safe distance measures, respiratory behavior and hand hygiene;
•         Procedures simplification;
•         Strict compliance with cleaning and sanitizing process  a our facilities and in all vehicles.

For higher comfort of our customers, we provide a hygiene and protection kit free of charge.

We are available to receive you once we have implemented measures which promote your safety, nevertheless, if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation due to the being unable to travel to the Azores, you can do so without any penalty by contacting us via email info @ autatlantis.com
