(d) To the police/judicial authorities, if requested by them due to violations of the Highway Code and for reasons of criminal investigation, based on the fulfillment of legal obligations.

12.4. AUTATLANTIS may also transmit data to third parties in the context of investigations, inquiries and judicial and/or administrative proceedings or of a similar nature, provided that this is duly ordered by a court order in this regard.

 

13. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES.
